Prayer in W.P.No.18918 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating (1) G.O.Ms. No.107 Higher Education F2, Department dated 28.4.2017 of the 1st respondent (2) Proceeding of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.NO. 28557/D5/2016 dated 12.5.2017 so far as petitioner alone is concern in respect of including petitioner in list of surplus teaching staff in the Department of Tamil and (3) University order No.662/2017 (C) dated 15.5.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently allow the petitioner to serve as Assistant Professor in the Department of Tamil in 3rd respondent University.

In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioners in the Writ Petitions has become infrucutuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
