Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with the copy of this order to the 2nd respondent and immediately on receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
