This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 6. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 7 to 10, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 2 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
