This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to give Police Protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2019.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Without going in to the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 6th respondent to conduct enquiry on a complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 24.10.2019, after issuing notice to the 7th respondent and after giving an opportunity on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
