Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 06.09.2017, passed in W.P.No.34887 of 2013, has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition.

2.In pursuance of the order passed by this Court, dated 03.01.2020, the respondents have appeared before this Court and their presence is recorded.

3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the direction issued by this Court, vide its order dated 06.09.2017 has been complied with by the third respondent by passing proceedings, dated 29.01.2020 in Na.Ka.No.6026/2017(A3). He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court.

4.Recording the said submission this contempt petition stands closed.
