ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.On perusal of the records, it reveals that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 28962 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024 with certain conditions.
3.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier order dated 20.11.2024 was not properly intimated to the petitioner herein and therefore, he has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail to him. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has failed to comply with certain conditions pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 20.11.2024. He further submitted that absconding charge sheet as well as final report have also been filed against the petitioner and the case was taken on file.
5.Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to order extension of time for a period of one week to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 28962 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024.
