Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 2/6

for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the List of Wilful Defaulters dated Nil maintained by the seventh respondent relating to the entry of petitioner's name as wilful defaulter at the best of the respondents 1 to 3 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to declare that the petitioner is not a defaulter. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the List of Wilful Defaulters dated Nil maintained by the seventh respondent relating to the entry of petitioner's name as wilful defaulter at the best of the respondents 1 to 3 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to declare that the petitioner is not a defaulter.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the respondents 1 to 3 had already communicated letter to the seventh respondent on 18.05.2018 to remove the name of the writ petitioner from the Wilful Defaulters List.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the letter, the name of the petitioner was removed from the List of Wilful Defaulters. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Authorities, if at all any grievance exists.

4. With the abovesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. 17-03-2023 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
