The petitioner alleging that the respondents who are "Sand Mafia" are not allowing her to conduct Pooja of the Village temple, is before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that as per the outcome of the Peace Committee Meeting, the Festival Committee had alloted 19th day of Mandala Pooja i.e., on 12.12.2023 to this petitioner, which is to be held on 12.12.2023. Therefore, this Court finds 2/4

no further orders required in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
