This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 468 days in re-presenting the C.R.P.SR.No.60303 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to number the revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter on 17.12.2019 for admission and print the name of Mr.D.Gnanaprakasam for the respondents.
