(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.8 (iii) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19990 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.233 of 2020, dated 18.03.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2024, in Crl.M.P.No.19990 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.233 of 2020 stands relaxed. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal.
