This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct further investigation based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2019 and consequently take action as per law against the accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
