This petition is filed to condone the delay of 445 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

No representation for Respondents 5 to 10. Respondents 1 to 4 are only formal parties.

Since we do not find any merit in the appeal, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent individuals if the delay is condoned and the appeal is decided on merit.

Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
