These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 962 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent in S.A.No.1172 of 2019 and to bring the proposed respondent as third respondent in the above second appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

Notice to third respondent returnable in two weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
