This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2019 in CSR No.736 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents Police.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
