This application has been filed to extend the time for execution of bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the order of this Court dated 05.08.2024 in O.P.No.1004 of 2019.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time for execution of security bond is extended till 12.12.2024.

Accordingly, this application stands allowed.
