ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the son of the detenue, has filed this habeas corpus petition pursuant to a complaint registered with the respondents for woman missing.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.From the status report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it appears that despite an endeavour being made, the detenue is yet to be secured.
4.Inasmuch as the detenue is missing from 05.04.2019 onwards and the investigation is still going on, as could be seen from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
