ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, once in two months at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.17321 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2149 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Special Judge, Puducherry.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17321 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2149 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Puducherry on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
