ORDER

The petition is filed to pass an order setting aside the order of this Court dated 13.10.2020 dismissing Writ Petition No.16807 of 2019 for nonprosecution and to restore the prayer in the said Writ Petition.

2. Considering the facts pleaded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the COVID situation there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the W.M.P. is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to restore the W.P.No. 16807 of 2019.

4. Post the W.P.No.16807 of 2019 under the caption 'part heard' on 04.02.2026.

5. It is made clear that if further adjournment is prayed for once again, the case will be dismissed for default.
