2.After hearing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court expressed that this Court cannot subscribe to the views of the petitioner and proceeded to dismiss the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed permission for withdrawing this petition. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
