This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7(a) passed in Crl.O.P.No.23329 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024.

2.The petitioner is now directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore on 25.11.2024, and thereafter he is directed to appear before the Court on the date fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.
