This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 15.03.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that suspension is being continued endlessly without filing a charge-sheet in the criminal proceedings.

3. After notice, today, the matter is taken up for further hearing.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge-sheet was already filed on 01.10.2018 before the Criminal Court.

5. When such being the position, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the concerned authority by way of representation, seeking for review of suspension.

6. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised in this writ petition, the same is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the concerned authority seeking for review of suspension. If any such application/representation is filed, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
