This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the above Crl.R.C.No.1535 of 2023 on file, which was dismissed by this Court on 25.09.2023.

2.The revision petition was dismissed by this Court on 25.09.2023 for non appearance of the petitioner and also finding that the petitioner at the time of admission on 13.09.2023 agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondents on or before 22.09.2023 but this condition was not complied with. Now, restoration petition has been filed by the petitioner. The petitioner now paid Rs.2 lakhs.
