ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.33/2021 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Gopichettipalayam, modifying the judgment dated 09.02.2021 passed in MC No.14/2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate I, Gopichettipalayam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
