ORDER

These are case and counter. Both parties are present. They have arrived at a compromise regarding the issue. Pursuant to the dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Gian Singh -Vs State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303), this is a fit case for the exercise of powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Accordingly, the cases in STC.No.1298 of 2022 & C.C.No.528 of 2019 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Cases stand disposed of. 08.09.2025 rap electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
