We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This impleadment petition has been filed today praying for impleading (i) the Principal Secretary, Government of Tamil Nadu, Department of Home, Secretariat, Chennai, and (ii) the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, as respondents 3 and 4 respectively.

The impleadment petition is allowed. Let the respondents be added during the course of the day. A copy of this application be served on the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the High Court.
