There is no merits in this application filed by the applicant/petitioner/debtor seeking for a direction to the Official Assignee to return the applicant's/petitioner's/debtor's passport bearing No.L 2799400 to enable the applicant/petitioner/debtor to travel abroad to take up employment.

2. It is noticed that the applicant/petitioner/debtor has not cooperated with the Office of the Official Assignee.

3. That apart there are huge amounts, which remains unsettled.
