This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in week i.e., on everday Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10591 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13732 of 2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
