(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner was granted bail on 24.03.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5237 of 2021. Among other conditions, she was required to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition for relaxation before this Court, and this Court, vide its order dated 24.01.2022, modified the condition and directed the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer, daily at 10.30 a.m. instead of appearing before the trial Court. Subsequently, the petitioner sought relaxation of the said condition, which was then modified by this Court, vide order dated 11.04.2022, wherein this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

In the present petition, she seeks for further relaxation of the condition. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed their objections, in which it is stated that the petitioner was originally absconding for a very long period between 12.06.1993 to 21.03.2016, for about 23 years, and has been hiding at various places in various alias names. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks total relaxation of the condition, we are of the view that if the earlier condition of reporting once a week is modified to twice a month, the ends of justice can be secured.

4.Accordingly, this Court modifies the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Theevattipatty Police Station, Salem on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.
