C.R.P.(PD).No.4789 of 2023 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN J.

By the order dated 21.12.2023, this Court allowed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the trial Court to complete the proceedings in O.S.No.95 of 2020 within a period of four months after compliance of certain conditions by the petitioner.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge (FAC), Uthangarai, by a letter to the Registry dated 05.09.2024, seeks extension of time for speedy disposal of the case which has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge (FAC), Uthangarai, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.95 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
