This application is filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole defendant in the Suit as party defendants in the main Suit.

As the legal heirs of the sole defendant/proposed parties are necessary before this Court for proper adjudication of the Suit, the present application is ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment. The plaintiff is directed to file amended copy of the plaint. Post the suit on 31.01.2024. In the meantime, the proposed defendants are directed to file their written statement.
