C.M.P.No.75 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.146644 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 177 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 21.02.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.4875 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in delay of 177 days being condoned.

3.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 177 days is condoned.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
