The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2017 in accordance with law.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 31.01.2017 alleging that the respondents 4 &5 are forcibly trying to dispossess the petitioner's family from their family temple-cum-Samathi. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
