ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal passed by the 2nd respondent dated 28.09.2017. 2.Heard, Mr.M.S.Palaniswamy, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.In the considered view of this Court, writ petition cannot be filed against the order passed by the 2nd respondent, in view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner under Section 153 of the Co-operative Societies Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This writ petition stands dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the appropriate authority under Section 153 of the Co-operative Societies Act within a period of two weeks from today and work out his remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
