The above Application is filed to condone the delay of 1171 days in filing the claim petition in Form No.66 dated 9.5.2022 by the Applicant before the respondent Official Liquidator in the matter of M/s.Sterling Tree Magnum India Limited, in liquidation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Official Liquidator.

3. This court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and accordingly, this Application is allowed.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to carry out the proceedings, if it is otherwise in order and disburse the amount subject to availability of funds.
