This criminal appeal has been preferred against the order of acquittal passed in Special SC.No.16 of 2020 dated 12.08.2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Ariyalur. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal appeal and on obtaining permission from this Court, the learned counsel made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.

In view of the aforesaid endorsement, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
