This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order passed in RLTOP No.313 of 2019 on the file of the learned XI Small Causes Court, Chennai (Rent Court).

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the Revision Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of the order and the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.
