CMP. No.28076 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/proposed 2nd appellant to condone the delay of 612 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Karupathal in the above Appeal.

CMP. No.28078 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/proposed 2nd appellant to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant Karupathal in the above Appeal.

CMP.No.28079 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/proposed 2nd appellant to bring on record the petitioner herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant namely Karupathal and array him as proposed 2nd appellant in the above Second Appeal.

CMP.No.28080 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/proposed 2nd appellant to condone the delay of 1517 days in filing the petition to restore the above Appeal which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 18.08.2020. CMP.No.28082 of 2024 is filed by the petitioner/proposed 2nd appellant to restore the above Appeal which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 18.08.2020 .

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these five petitions are allowed.
