This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15343 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16872 of 2023 dated 25.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter monthly twice on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.
