This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22640 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily once at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of 7 days and thereafter, relaxed as and when required.
