2. Application No.202 of 2023 has been filed to receive the original General Power of Attorney Deed dated 20.01.2023 executed by the applicant in favour of Mr.N.Ramachandran as additional document on the third respondent's side in Application No.342 of 2006 in I.P.No.16 of 2005.

3. Application No.203 of 2023 has been filed to recognize the applicant's attorney Mr.N.Ramachandran, son of Mr.Narasinga Rao, who has been appointed by the applicant through original General Power of 1/3

Attorney deed dated 20.01.2023 and to permit him to appear and give evidence on the applicant's behalf in Application No.342 of 2006 in I.P.No.16 of 2005.

4. This Court has also perused and examined the affidavit filed in support of the aforesaid applications and is satisfied with the reasons contained therein. Sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for appointing Mr.N.Ramachandran as his power agent. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence.
