When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent, on passing the order dated 14.11.2023, had communicated the same to the second respondent through registered post. However, the respondents are unable to trace out the record relating to the aforesaid order being communicated through registered post.
2. On further enquiry by this Court, learned Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order was forwarded to the second respondent in the writ petition and it is the said authority / 2nd respondent who has not communicated the same to the petitioner.
3. Aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents is not only unsatisfactory but also shows that the respondents had not complied with the order of this Court dated 01.11.2022 in W.P.No.28713 of 2022 within the time granted by this Court. However, the learned Government Advocate seeks further two weeks time to comply with the order of this Court .
