ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to take action on the representation of the petitioner company dated 05.09.2024 and 05.10.2024, seeking for payment of compensation for the lands acquired by them, measuring an extent of 21,603.348 Sq.ft., in T.S.No.138/2, 138/3, 138/5, 138/69, 138/9 and 138/10, in Adambakkam Village, formerly Kanchipuram District, 2/5
presently Chennai District, within a reasonable time, as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.
3. Today the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the details of the deposit. The amounts are deposited to the credit of the Sub-Judge, Tambaram.
4. The entire compensation amount due under Award No.13 of 2009 dated 30.10.2009 has been deposited by the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chrompet, Chennai to the credit of the Sub-Judge, Tambaram. Therefore, the relief claimed has been answered. Therefore, no further order is required.
5. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
