W.M.P.No.32923 of 2023 in W.P.No.32584 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially this writ petition was filed challenging the impugned notice dated 07.11.2023. However, after the filing of this writ petition, the respondent had passed the impugned order dated 14.11.2023.

Subsequent to the same, the petitioner is intend to challenge the impugned order dated 14.11.2023 passed by the respondent. Thus, this amendment petition has been filed to amend to the prayer of this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they have no objection in allowing this petition.

4. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the main writ petition.
