Prayer: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the judgment passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, in C.A.No.320 of 2017 dated 18.09.2019 in which the order of conviction and sentence viz., 6 months simple imprisonment and a compensation of Rs.1,25,000/- in default to undergo 2 months imprisonment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1 at (Magistrate Level), of Coimbatore, in C.C.No.150 of 2017 dated 16.09.2017 is confirmed and acquit the petitioner by allowing the above Criminal Revision.

ORDER
This Court by an order dated 27.03.2024, permitted the accused to deposit the amount of Rs.1,75,000/- by way of demand draft and report before this Court today by 2.15 P.M. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner stating that the amount of Rs.1,75,000/- was deposited into the trial Court by way of a demand draft today and a copy of the challan is enclosed along with a memo.
2. Mrs.R.Jayasri, learned counsel for the respondent is also present. The respondent/complainant is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,25,000/- lying in C.C.No.150 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1 at (Magistrate Level) of Coimbatore. More so, the learned counsel for the respondent made an endorsement in the Court bundle that nothing survives for consideration in this revision.

As the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the total amount is deposited, nothing survives for consideration in this revision and the sentence and conviction passed by the trial Court in C.C.No.150 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1 at (Magistrate Level) of Coimbatore stands set aside.
