The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2019 in the above miscellaneous petition granting suspension of sentence, in paragraphs 1 and 4(c) of the order, the name of the Court has been mentioned as Judicial Magistrate, FTC at Magisterial Level No.II, Coimbatore, instead of Judicial Magistrate, FTC at Magisterial Level No.1, Coimbatore and hence the same have to be corrected.

2.It is a typographical error. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the second line of the first paragraph and the last line of Paragraph 4(c) to read as "Judicial Magistrate, FTC at Magisterial Level No.1, Coimbatore" and issue fresh order copies on 03.02.2020.
