Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned memorandum issued by the second respondent in Rc.No.286722/NGB/V (2)/2003 dtd.01.05.2004 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner as Sub-Inspector of Police(AR) from the date of his initial promotion as S.I. of Police and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.
