ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioner and his wife Seethalakshmi and further direct respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and his wife against life threat due to their inter-caste marriage held on 01.11.2018 at Seventh day Adventist Church, Moondradaippu, Tirunelveli.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has married one Seethalakshmi, who belongs to another caste and that the parents of his wife are giving life threat, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2019 and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, this petition stands disposed of. No costs.
