ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.Usha Ramman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the Government has changed the pathway.

3. The dispute existed between the petitioner and the private respondents with regard to pathway. We had also observed that if the petitioner disputes the statement of the respondents/government

authorities with regard to the pathway as per the FMB sketch, then, the petitioner may avail the remedy as may be permissible under law.

4. It is for the petitioner to avail the remedy as may be permissible under law. Contempt petition would not be a remedy for that purpose. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 26.03.2024 Index :
