This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that, enquiry is pending against the petitioners in CSR.No.844 of 2023.
3. With regard to the submission of the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is of the view that, respondent police may continue with the petitioners enquiry. The petition seeking anticipatory bail would not arise.
