This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.2191 of 2024 vide order dated 22.08.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.2191 of 2024 on 22.08.2024 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, with a condition to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari, daily at 10.00 a.m., except holidays, until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem. He also submitted that the petitioner is a coolie worker and thereby, he finds difficult to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sankari, on all working days. Hence, he sought for modification of the condition.
3. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.2191 of 2024 on 22.08.2024 to the effect that he shall report before the respondent Police, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 18.11.2024 vkr To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.
